What can be negatively said about Roma's? The only thing I can think of is their refusal to join the 21st century by only accepting cash and checks. Besides that their food is the best in Jacksonville. The atmosphere is that of a little Italian bistro untouched by time. Yes the decor is a little outdated, but the food makes up for it by sevenfold.
