Went in for a quick dinner during a brief study break, got a 1/4 white chicken meal with mashed potatoes and green beans plus a brownie. I asked if the chicken bone could be taken out the breast but was told no. I paid $9.15 (no drink) and took my 'dinner' home. Upon opening my to go 'meal' I was sad. First, all the skin on the chicken breast was gone. This is my favorite thing and as someone whom eats no chocolate or sweets one of my joys in life is roasted chicken skin. The chicken breast was dry and tasted on a cold smoker. Gravy had no flavor at all. Mashed potatoes were good and even still warm but the green beans tasted like wet cardboard. Cornbread as usual was yummie ;) Overall not impressed. Isn't their chicken their thing? How did it end up dry & tasteless? I thought this was a franchise company, can someone not follow directions?
