For one I travel all over the U.S. teaching customer service skills to service industry leaders. One class I give is Give EM The Pickle. This guy has got it. Just so you know I teach C.S.S. Security, Firefighters, and Business Managers, so I know what I am talking about. Second I was quite surprised when I ate the Pizza, having been around and Pizza being my favorite food I was in heaven. It is that simple. I am not going to write a diatribe of B.S. about the past proprietor however, I can see why the art work on the walls was left. I liked it when I came in to the restaurant. It doesn't really matter who started the tradition, the only thing that is important is that the current owner has decided to pay homage to past traditions at the restaurant by keeping it alive.
