dry crust
Cheese is good, sauce is good, but the dough sucks!!!!
Bland
Not having been to Rosati's before, we ordered pizza. It was more expensive than other places, so we thought it would be decent, at least. It was so bland, we could barely finish one piece each. We even tried to get others in our party to take home the leftovers. I've never tasted pizza that didn't have any taste, but this one sure didn't. Also, the crust was very hard to cut. We will not be going to Rosati's again.
RUDE
I called in to get a delivery at 9pm on a thursday night and the girl on the phone that they were closed. I told her I had ordered pizza before at 9:30 pm on other nights and had no problem, she said," Well then, you should start calling at 8:30pm just to be sure", she laughed and then hung up on me. It's run be juveniles.
