We need to just come to grips with the fact that Chicago pizza... Good Chicago pizza... Can only be found in Chicago. I live right around the corner from Fuzzy's and had once tried their unimpressive deep dish. I read the reviews and decided to give it another shot. I tried the thin crust this time, and found the crust almost inedible. It tasted like a plain, chalky Pilsbury pizza dough crust. After having 2 pieces, we decided to just pick off the toppings. It's evident that they're going for a Lou Malnati's thin pizza approach. They missed desperately. Service was great, their Chicago dog was above average, ambience in the restauraunt was nice. Their pizza could drive them out of business. When I finally pick up that Powerball win, I PROMISE the people of Phoenix that I will do my best to franchise one great Lou Malnati's with the pizza we came to know and love in Sweet Home Chicago.
