Really fun place!
I love this place! I've been going to Carmen's since I first moved into the neighborhood in Jun 08. I've had two birthday parties there, and it's our special little place when we want a reasonably priced, great meal & intimate atmousphere. ...

I just moved to the area a little over a year ago & happened acrossed Carmen's this May. One Thursday night, my friend & I were just looking for a bite to eat & wondered into this little gem around 7:30 pm. At first I was a little put off when I looked around to see an empty restaurant except for a group of people gathered at the end of the bar. I gave it a chance anyway. I ordered the chicken caesar salad & my friend ordered the chicken caccitore. We shared them both. As for the salad, the lettuce was a dark green romaine tossed in creamy caesar dressing with fresh grated parmesan cheese. It was topped with chicken breast that was freshly cooked & still warm from grill~ Absolutely delicious. The chicken caccitore was equally impressive. Chopped chicken breast, green peppers, & spaghetti tossed in a sweet, dark red wine sauce. We were way too overfed for dessert. Our waitress was very warm & polite.
