horrific manager at barbonis in rco...
it is a disappointment to have been treated with such disrespect by the rest mgr abel out of the rco cucamonga location this evening. he made a mistake by charging extra and when i found out and corrected him and kept me on the phone longer than he should of got upset and raised his tone, changed his entire customer service attitude, which he lacks a lot of and hung up. when i dialed back he said im not the owner but im the mgr and im in charge now !!!! if you dont like it go somewhere else. i told him we like their pizza, he said: i dont believe you, (wow !!!) and he added i dont have time for this we are too busy. he stated that i complaint a lot in the past, and i then realized that he wastrying to make me feel like i was the wrong doer, but in fact, he is in the business of retaining business and not losing it. i asked for the owners name and at first refused then said ok; ben are we done? if you believe that you "get what you pay for" i would never recommend this ...
All around Great Family Place!
My family and I find Barboni's to be the best LOCAL pizza place around, one of those places where you hand the kids $5 to play and feel safe doing that! The wings are my favorite in all I've tasted, the pizza is not skimpy with the toppings and the sauce is great! All around great place! Good beer selection as well!
