Customer Service... anyone?!?!
Placed order for Delivery Online (Something I have never had problems with in the last 4 years everywhere I have lived) Online quoted time was 30min.. My pizza didn't get here until 60min later. Pizza and Cheese sticks were nearly cold, they *forgot* the marinara sauce that comes with the cheese sticks, and I put directions on the order to cut the pizza in squares (they weren't) Delivery guy was very rude "what do you expect me to do about it!?" Called the Store.. Guy on the phone was VERY rude and didn't even offer anything to fix my order or future orders, told me "we don't cut in squares" and didn't even say sorry about forgetting my marinara sauce.. I know i wont be ordering online until the next time i move because I wont deal with these rude people again.
