I should have gotten a free pizza!
Last week I ordered a pizza and 2 liter at my hotel. I listed both the Hotel name, Room Number, AND CELLPHONE NUMBER in the special instructions and in the address to send it to. I waited about an hour and called up this location and they claim at first to have not received an order from their website and I was out of luck. I had to look all over Papa Johns website for a customer assistance number and finally found it. I told them what this location had told me and customer assistance told me they would fix it. This location calls me up and tells me they had gotten an order but the driver could not find where I was at and had tried to call me (LIE!). They asked if I still wanted my order. My mistake, I told them yes. So two hours later I get my cold rubbery pizza. They should have offered me a free fresh pizza and sacked their delivery guy.
