Modern pizza originated in Italy as the Neapolitan pie with tomato. In 1889, cheese was added.
The bottom of the pizza, called the "crust", may vary widely according to style.
In restaurants, pizza can be baked in an oven with stone bricks above the heat source, an electric deck oven, a conveyor belt oven or, in the case of more expensive restaurants, a wood- or coal-fired brick oven.

POOR SERVICE Very Poor Service from the Servers / Waitress. Drove all the way there to try for the 1st time, and was extremely disappointed by the poor attitude of the staff. 1st time and last time going there. Would never recommend this place.
My plate was average(I eat... My plate was average(I eat anyhing) and my guest weren't to happy with the meal. I would give them C-. When arriving to the location it seemed I was at a local gang car club. No one really eating or drinking just hanging out. ...
Interesting. The food, customer service, and the energy of fans is great. However be careful when going there during any type of sports event, they charge $20 per game per person. An unfortunate event happened when friends and I went to see a football game a few days ago. We showed up to watch the Charger/Steelers game and arrived early for the previous game, at the last minute the waiters brought out the "Game Day Rules" flyer that noted we would be charged an additional fee. My friends and I have been going there for quite some time and that was the first time we heard of "game day rules." You will, undoubtedly, have a good time at Oggi's. Their food is fresh, when you order a pizza or bread sticks and bite into it the dough is absolutely great. The food comes at a good amount of time but when there are A LOT of customers, expect back ups and a delay from your server. I have yet to witness any bad sportsmanship. Everything is all out of good fun; EVERYONE'S INTO ...
