Hooked from the first bite
I just read Trisha's review. Why is she ordering real pizza for a toddler, anyway? More for we who deserve good pizza. Twenty--plus years ago, I came home from work, exhausted and starving to a $2.00 off coupon for a pizza place I'd never heard of (Cybelle's) in my mailbox and an empty fridge. I called and asked, 'What's the biggest thing you have?' Without hesitate, the guy on the other end of the phone said, "You want the Kitchen Sink." I said, "OK, bring me one of those." An hour later, I was eating chewing crust and gooey cheese and spicy meat and veggies. I was eating the same thing for lunch and dinner the next day and the next two days. That's when their phone number went into my speed dial and then, later into my cell phone. It has been a beautiful friendship.

Worst experience in a long time....
When I placed my order on the phone, I spoke with a complete idiot. I asked them how many inches the large pizza was and the response was "8 slices". I said I don't mean the number of slices I mean how many inches is the pizza and the response was "pepperoni, onions, mushrooms......!" Ok, so I decided to scratch the question and just made my order, which was half cheese and half mixed ingredients. About 10 minutes later they called me back to find out what I wanted on the other half of the pizza?? So, about an hour later the pizza arrives and is burnt to a crisp. I now have a burnt pizza and a starving toddler. So, I call them back and tell them my pizza is burnt. They ask if they can give me $3 off my next order! I say "No, that is not going to work" and since I cannot wait another hour to feed my starving son, I ask them to refund my money and take the pizza back. So, the manager gets on the phone and ...
