BAD SERVICE - ORDER WRONG WOULDN'T FIX IT
The manager Jennifer is very rude and in no way should be in management. Rainy Sunday night. Ordered online. They got my order worng and only showed up with one large pizza cold for $20. I paid and delivery person said he would be back with rest of order. I hour passed he never showed. Call rude Jennifer and she said the system didin't process my order correctly and she would send it in another hour charging me delivery again and for an additional $10. Will never order again from them. Too many other choices. Try Ameci they are family owned and their food is better. The main office to the Dominos location in Saugus is 818-898-2375 to file a complaint. I will call them tomorrow.
