Bad service is their specialty
I worked for Borriello Brothers for about 3 months as a delivery driver. Before I took a job with them I worked as a driver for another place for 6 years. This is one of the few jobs that I had where I wanted to quit after the first day. They treat their employees like their customers, POORLY. Bad phone lines made it hard to take orders. Often times the manager would lie to customers to cover his own problems. I was the only driver during the day so if we got a lot of deliveries we would have a lot of late orders. The understanding was that I should just drive faster (I'm sure that is what other people on the road want to hear). If there was any problem getting the order to the customer I often could not call them because I would have a wrong phone number. They never get good employees because they have so many people coming and going all of the time. The folks at Borriello Brothers care about one thing and that is taking your money.
