Horrible Customer Service
1. This place uses a call center to take orders, which means that orders may or may not even make it to the actual location. For over an hour my order has been sitting at some other BB location and was not at the place where I THOUGHT I placed the order! Bogus! 2. Customer service is horrible because after losing my order TWICE, saying that they had a certain type of pizza and then saying they did not about 15 minutes later. There was no apology or remorse from the mix-up. DO NOT go to this place and do not give them your business. This place is a waste of time and space.

My order never arrived. I'm not kidding. My Family finished their meal before I was served mine. I had ordered 1/2 a cheese pizza. The worst part was this manager named MATT. While I sat waiting, I could see this “manager" standing in one place, he did nothing for 20 minutes, except hit on one girl. When I had enough and tried to get some help, all of the sudden Matt was real busy. In fact he was so busy that I never got to speak to him. His assistant ERICA, came out and informed me that if I would like to remain for another hour Matt, might find time to honor me, by pretending to listen to my pathetic story. I know the top secret formula for cheese pizza is only comprehensible to a select few, complete geniuses, on this or any planet. I also know I can not expect the wheels of capitalism to suddenly stop and all forms of economy collapse from the extreme pressure burdened, when a busy Pizza man like Matt is politely asked, to drop everything and rush to ...
