Terrible Customer Service
My husband and I drove 40 minutes out of our way to visit this restaurant. We were told we could not use a gift certificate which we purchased because it was Super Bowl Sunday. When I called to talk to the owner about this, I was hung up on. Obviously this owner doesn't care about creating new business for her restaurant in a struggling economy, even when her restaraunt is almost completely empty on Super Bowl Sunday!
Worth a Visit if You Like Hot Wings
The pizza is very good and the hot wings are great! This place is a bit under staffed during busy hours and service can be very slow. The service lacks a competent staff – possibly a result of being a new business going through growing pains. They are very forgiving in their errors and respond quickly to fix the problem (you may experience many, so be patient). As a new business, the Google Maps placemark is a bit off the mark. This restaurant is actually in the King Soopers grocery store shopping center at the intersection of Union and Briargate Parkway.
