For our first try, I picked up a large pep and mushroom. Friendly staff. Got home and realized canned mushrooms are used and the cheese tasted fake. Yuck--the crust was one of the frozen kind they buy already made and put toppings on. ...
Don't Eat In
The pizza itself is usually pretty good. Some of the other things on the menu are not worth the price, especially the gyro. My only problem is that table service is AWFUL. You will sit there for at least an hour waiting for your food and you most likely will not ever get a drink refill. I don't know how that happens, but it has happened every single time I've visited, and I've been coming here at least once a year for about five or six years. Weird. Definitely get your pizza delivered or carry-out.
Best Pizza in Town
If you're looking for good pizza that isn't like the corporate box restaurants go to the Galley. Homemade pizza with plentiful toppings and great service. The interior isn't brand new and over lit, this ia a comfortable joint with good food and great service. On our second visit, the waitress gave us a welcoming hello and asked if we wanted the same thing we had last time, now that's service. The place is busy, but usually never a wait. We'll continue going back, enough said.
