Ordered simple grilled chz & mozz stix
Mozz stix were cold, grilled cheese tasted like two pieces of toast with cheese stuck in between and thrown in the microwave. I ordered from Courtyard by Marriott on E. Cass - guys, if you cant make good food and get it to location warm, ...

Used to be Great...But starting to go...
I use to be a regular customer (at least once a week) and thought their pizza was the best...I live literally 6 blocks from their Ybor location and delivery was usually great and fast...The last 3 times have been horrible - 1st time - Delivery guy gave me a pizza box with just 2 slices in it (he apparently gave my food to another house) - resulted in 1 hour later my original order (no deductions, comp, etc..)...I even gave the guy a $5 tip...So basically $25 bucks for a meal to arrive in 2 hours...Called place and got just a "sorry".. 2nd Time - Pizza arrived dry and cold, but strangely was delivered within 30 mins...Nothing grosser than cold NY style pizza...We literally ate a slice each and threw away and decided to drive out and grab something else... 3rd Time - Called order in for Delivery on a Wednesday afternoon at 12:30pm (was told 1 hour wait)..It is now 2:40 and still no pizza... 3 strikes your out with me (and I think thats pretty ...

Great Pizza but bad delivery
I love the pizza but when I order from them they can't even deliver the pizza to my door! I live in a large apartment complex in downtown Tampa and when the guy gets here he calls me to come all the way down stairs to pick up my pizza. If I wanted to go out I would just pick it up. Next time ill just call West shore pizza they will bring it to my door and its just as good
