HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE
Dispite the fact that they take FOREVER to deliver your food to you, we, at my job, still order here on occasion. However, today the cashier over charged me, by running my debit card three times while placing an order over the phone. I and a co-worker explained to the cashier and the owner that there are 3 pending charges for one order on my card statement. The owner argued over and over again that they didn't charge my card 3xs dispite the fact of me seeing it clearly. I understand that sometimes the charges fall off and the process of pre-authorizations, but they wouldn't even acknowledge the fact of what was done. The owner was unreasonably RUDE, even though we bring them a lot of business. We are always pleasant with them even though there is alway slight attitude when we call in our order. Today was totally un-called for. Honestly the food is not that good AT ALL to put up with that. WE WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN AND U SHOULDN'T EITHER!!!! SERIOUSLY!

Though the food was good and the prices were fair, there was nothing "amazing" or really special about the restaurant. It's a place that you stop by for a quick bite on the go. ...
AWFUL for the FIRST Time.......
I just order a Sicilian deluxe, again. Usually the best. I got an shriveled up, small and over cooked pizza. The Manager / Cook on Sunday Regina would not send a replacement out and pick up the bad pizza. Another pizza place is gone. Paying double used to get you a good pizza… no longer at the 14th street store.
