Wow, what a pizza joint!
As another reviewer said, "hidden gem" perfectly describes this place. Imagine "Cheers"—your friendly neighborhood bar—with one of the best pizza parlors in town attached to the kitchen: that's Westside Pizza. The moment you walk in the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The lighting is perfect, not too dark, not too bright. The booths are clean and cozy. The patrons are obviously locals enjoying good company, good drinks, and great food. There's a wall of daily specials (like half-price appetizers and $2 beers on Monday). The service is fast and friendly. You get the feeling that this is the place you could come to just relax, drink, watch some TV and enjoy delicious fresh baked food; in other words, exactly what every pub dreams of being.
