Best Pizza Buffet in Wichita
EJ must be a disgruntled employee, though he is right about the desert pizza. The pizza buffet is wonderful. Consistently fresh and hot. I prefer supporting local businesses like this rather than the cookie cutter chains with no personality. Who cares if the lettuce is shredded...it is still lettuce. Great place...great value...and great service....topped with great pizza.
Buffet = terrible!
DO NOT sit and eat at the buffet. It consists of a few heat lamp pizzas that taste like cardboard and penne pasta with a cafeteria style red sauce or the most disgusting excuse for alfredo sauce that I have ever tasted. They will also charge you an extra $1.40 to add the Salad Bar which uses shredded taco lettuce (the same lettuce that showed up on the cheeseburger pizza) If you can get past all that, the dessert pizzas were pretty good.

Excellent pizza, prices, and service! They never make mistakes on orders and I have never once been disappointed with Talliano's. They offer a great variety of specialty pizzas and you can choose between three different crusts and red or white sauce on your pizza...not to mention it's obvious their crust is made of fresh dough not stuff that tastes like cardboard because it's been in a refridgerator for hours! Also have a great lunch buffet, not sure what times that runs. All of those reasons are why our family always chooses Talliano's or Knolla's (another excellent local pizzeria) Pizza over Pizza Hut, Papa John's or any other national chain.
