mmmm not so much
They forgot our guacamole which was paid for...twice. When brought to their attention, they "couldn't do anything about that." oh yea...that same night the bread was rock hard... ...

A very "HANDS-ON" experience!
Jimmy John's prides itself on it's "I don't care" attitude...from it's slogans and marketing, to it's dress code. Dread locks, facial tattoos, fluorescent hair, piercings...it's all good with Jimmy John's. That's not what ruins it for me though...it's the fact that they NEVER EVER wear gloves when preparing sandwiches...and I've NEVER seen a single employee wash their hands. Do you really want to eat a sandwich when someone from the back room walks out...doing god knows what before hand...then starts making their sandwich, with no gloves and without washing their hands? This is the ONLY sandwich shop I've ever been to where this has been an issue. Their tuna sandwiches are the best, but I keep asking myself if it's worth it....
