Good Pizza
I am a true pizza connoisseur. I try as many local establishments as possible. I was pleasantly surprised by Vince's pizza. The pizza is a New York style, hand tossed pizza. What really gives the pizza a great New York taste is the sweet style pizza sauce that cannot be found many other local pizza places. If you want to experience true New York taste without the drive, i would recommend Vince's Cheesesteaks. Im not much of a cheesesteak person and have not yet tried a Vince's cheesesteak, but will soon.

Full disclosure: I am good friends with Vince, his son, and several of his employees. That said, his food is excellent. I have probably eaten there 25 times or so since they opened this location. The pizza is like the pizza you get at any other authentic Italian pizzeria. That is, delicious. What you should really be getting if you go there, however, is one of their specialties. The cheesesteaks that they have been making at various locations for several decades are the primary attraction. They are quite different from Philadelphia-style and somewhat different from most other Lehigh Valley vendors as well, in a way that I cannot easily explain. They are generally so full of steak, cheese, and sauce that it is impossible to eat one without a fork to pick up the leftovers.
