Very Poor Service! Never Again!!
THIS IS AN EMAIL SENT TO CORPORATE OFFICE!! To Whome It May Concern, My name is James McDonald. We had our sons birthday party at mr. gattis in Abilene on Saturday May 2nd. We had nothing but problems. (1) their was never enough pizza on the line for people to eat at our party. With 5 kids and about 10 adults no one could ever get a full plate or anything. The lady at the front desk and the hostess for the party were absolutly wonderful. They were very professional and nice. Our largest problem by far was the fact the ticket system completly messed up our info. We have been going to Gattis for over 4 yrs in Abilene and have never purchased anything with our tickets. The system says we only had 5000 tickets however i know for a fact we had a little over 15000 tickets on our card the last time we were their. The gameroom manager said theirs nothing that can be done about it. Well if nothing is going to be done about it consider yourself losing customers & money. Just today ...
